The collections consists of records of the MSU Alumni Band Association including meeting minutes, newsletters, correspondence, materials relating to overseas trips, and photographs and slides.

The electronic resources, "Spartan Marching Band--The Four Roses, undated" is a collection of digitized film footage of four MSU marching bands that went to the Rose Bowl (1954,1956,1966,1988).

Alumni Memorial Chapel records

Scope and Contents The Alumni Memorial Chapel records contain newspaper clippings and manuscripts on the history of the chapel, bids and information seeking a new organ in the early 1990s, brochures, a proposal to fix the chapel’s stained glass windows, and projects that the United States Armed Forces Alumni Association of Michigan State University undertook to update and repair the chapel. Alva True Stevens papers

Scope and Contents Alva True Stevens papers consist of one item, a menu and program from a "Bachelors' Banquet" held at Michigan Agricultural College (now Michigan State University) in November, 1894. Stevens and sixteen other men appear in a photograph on the cover. The banquet, an end-of-the-term celebration, included an elaborate dinner, speeches, recitations, and music. This collection consists of Civil War letters written by Alvah Marsh to family and friends. The letters refer frequently to Marsh's brother Frank and to his stepbrothers Edwin and Augustus Holmes (see collections c.108 and c.109).
