Michigan State University 1970 Student Strike records
The records consist of materials related to student demonstrations and strikes in May 1970. Topics of the protests included ROTC, and the war in Vietnam. Materials include newspaper clippings, copies of student flyers, as well as press releases. There are also copies of typewritten notes of timeline of events, damage to buildings, and class attendance. There is also a flyer about Bobby Seale in the Bulletins and Announcements folder.

Michigan Sugar Company records
The Michigan Sugar Company records consist of two bound volumes. The first contains the constitution and by-laws of the company and the minutes of the stockholders' and Board of directors' meetings (1897-1903). The second volume contains newspaper clippings (1897-1902) pertaining to the development of the sugar beet industry in the United States.

Moore's Rural New-Yorker records
This collection consists of newspaper clippings (1869-1872) from Moore's Rural New-Yorker, the bulk of which deal with farm machinery, crops, and various breeds or cattle, horses, and poultry. Also included are an article and drawing of the celebrations in Paris at the end of the Franco-Prussian War.
Motor Wheel Corporation collection
This collection contains bi-weekly newspapers printed for the employees of Motor Wheel Corporation. In addition to news about employees and the company, there is information about Lansing, Michigan. Of particular interest are the papers from the World War II era. The newspaper was named The Spokesman when the Motor Wheel Corporation became a subsidiary company of Goodyear Tire.
MSU-DOE Plant Research Laboratory records
The collection consists of news clippings about the approval of the new laboratory, issues of the Alumni Newsletter, a publication on history of the MSU-DOE plant research laboratory, and abstracts of research for a U.S. Department of Energy site visit. There are photographs the Plant Research Laboratory building and architectural models of the building. Annual reports are also part of this collection.

MSU Retrospect publication
The collection contains one issue of the publication MSU Retrospect from Winter 1978. The issue includes articles on Earvin "Magic" Johnson, the MSU basketball team from 1977-1978, the women's basketball team, and other articles about campus.
Muigwithania collection
Photocopies of Gikuyu language newspaper ("The Reconciler," "Unifier," or "Newsbearer" in English) associated with the Kikuyu Central Association and its secretary, Jomo Kenyatta, who was at times (he was in London in 1929) editor of the newspaper, together with English translations of most issues made for the use of the British colonial administration, and occasional correspondence or annotations regarding Muigwithania.
